📅 2025 Itinerary Snapshot
Day 1 – Arrival in Uganda
Meet & greet with Havy Tours reps at the airport. Transfer to your hotel.
Day 2 – Jinja Adventure Begins
Travel to Jinja for white-water rafting, Itanda Falls, and a Source of the Nile boat ride. Overnight in Jinja.
Day 3 – Explore Jinja & Travel to Mbale
Morning visit to Itanda Falls then a scenic 2–3 hour drive to Mbale. Overnight stay.
Day 4 – Sipi Falls, Abseiling & Coffee Tour
Hike the stunning Sipi Falls, experience abseiling, and enjoy a local coffee tour. Overnight in Mbale.
Day 5 – Return to Kampala + Night City Tour
Drive back to Kampala. Evening city tour and overnight in Kampala.
Day 6 – Journey to Kidepo Valley National Park
Long scenic drive to one of Africa’s most remote and wild parks. Overnight at Apoka Lodge.
Day 7 – Kidepo Game Drive & Hot Springs
Morning game drive through savannahs, palm forests, and the Narus Valley. Visit Kanangorok Hot Springs, then dinner and overnight at Apoka Rest Camp.
Day 8 – Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
Early drive to the iconic Murchison Falls.
Day 9 – Game Drive, Boat Cruise & Waterfall Hike
See lions, giraffes, elephants, and more on a morning game drive. Afternoon boat cruise on the Nile, followed by a hike to the top of Murchison Falls.
Day 10 – Return to Kampala for a Relaxing Day
Day 11 – Free Day in Kampala
Chill day to rest, explore the city, or catch up on shopping.
Day 12 – Head to Fort Portal
Drive west through lush tea plantations. Overnight in Fort Portal.
Day 13 – Semuliki Hot Springs & Caves
Explore Semuliki National Park, visit hot springs, boil eggs in geothermal pools, and see the Mabere ga Nyina Mwiru Caves. Return to Fort Portal.
Day 14 – Queen Elizabeth National Park Safari
Drive to the park, check-in, then enjoy an evening game drive.
Day 15 – Safari + Kazinga Channel Cruise
Spot elephants, lions, and leopards on a morning game drive. Afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, famous for hippos, crocs, and the rare Shoebill stork.
Day 16 – Chimp Tracking + Ishasha Tree-Climbing Lions
Track chimpanzees in Kyambura Gorge, then head to Ishasha to see tree-climbing lions. Overnight in Mbarara.
Day 17 – Journey to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Drive to Bwindi, check in, and rest up for your gorilla trek.
Day 18 – Gorilla Trekking Experience
The moment you’ve been waiting for. Early morning gorilla trekking in the UNESCO World Heritage rainforest. You’ll spend a magical hour with the mountain gorillas — one of the most unforgettable wildlife encounters on earth.
Day 19 – Lake Bunyonyi Relaxation
Chill out by Lake Bunyonyi — Uganda’s most beautiful lake. Enjoy a boat ride to the islands, light hikes, and local food. Overnight in Bunyonyi.
Day 20 – Lake Mburo National Park + Return to Kampala
En route back to Kampala/Entebbe, stop at Lake Mburo for an afternoon game drive. You’ll see zebras, impalas, elands, and more. Final drop-off at your hotel or airport.
